Banners Created by Aentee
Hey bookworms it’s me again! I just thought I’d try something a little different from my usual norm especially since I haven’t done a tag in forever, but the lovely Miss Aentee created one that appealed to my fandom heart The Pokemon Go Book Tag. Now I’ll be honest I haven’t gotten caught up in the craze of Pokemon Go itself, but I am a huge fan of the Nintendo games and the show, so I had to do it! That being said lets get started!
The Pokemon Go Book Tag
Look at how cute my first favorite starter is! Charmander!!! Anywho the book that started my love of reading I would have to say was The Velveteen Rabbit by Margery Williams. Honestly I think this was the first book to teach me about love, and seeing someone how they truly are. Honestly I want to buy myself another copy of this book one day.
The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde
For now it’s still this play, but who knows maybe some day another will replace it. I do wanna read more classics, so you never know!
Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
Don’t hate me because this was haaaaaaaaaaard! One because I’ve been away from the book community for a while, and I did try it on audiobook form, but the plot and the genre just couldn’t grab me properly.
Honestly my reading has been random lately, so I have no answer and the only ones that have tropes that I’ve noticed is new adult books. I don’t really love those. I do like Ditto, so I guess that fits too.
Outlander by Diana Gabaldon
I adore the show, but the size of these books truly terrify me, but I will force myself to one day because I feel like they will be a great adventure.
The Time of My Life by Cecelia Ahern
Is it really a surprise that a Cecelia Ahern book kept me up? Not just the book itself, but the concept as well. Wondering if I met my life what shape would they be in? If you love magical realism, this is definitely a book I recommend.
Sydrian from The Bloodlines Series by Richelle Mead for Sure!!
They are forever my heart and soul honestly and my belief in love no matter how cheesy that is. PS: My pokemon pair for my OTP is Espeon and Umbreon!
The Book of Ivy by Amy Engel
Honestly this book kept me hooked and wanting to know more with each word.
Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead
I will always want to know more of these characters and never want to stop peaking in on any of them.
Every Heart A Doorway by Seanan Mcguire
I didn’t expect for this book to be as good or as detailed as it was with how short it was, but it grabbed me good.
*hides in my hands* Again I’m sorry I just have been out of the loop guys I just don’t know any for this year! Feel free to point me in the right direction though or give me suggestions please!
I’ve said it once I’ll say it a million times I’ll buy anything she writes, her words save me and makes me feel things can happen a little magically and a little differently to save your life.
The Star Touched Queen by Roshani Chokshi
This has been on my tbr since it’s book trailer last year, but I haven’t gotten to it yet. I promise to get to it soon, but I am sure it will live up to every bit of hype it had!
Honestly I want to collect editions of Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie that is my current dream in life that is my favorite fairy tale and classic.
Well bookworms that’s all for this tag! I tag any bookworms or pokemon lovers that haven’t done it yet. I thank you for being patient with me and if you’re reading this and sticking with my posts and still encouraging me with your views. It lets me know I am still wanted this community and I am grateful. Let me know if you’ve done this tag or better yet your favorite pokemon in the comments. Happy Reading!
