Top Ten Tuesday: Books that have been neglected on my TBR

T10 2

Hey Bookworms! I am trying to be productive this weekend by getting some posts done for you to read during the week, and like I’ve said I’ve missed you all.  I’m doing a Top Ten Tuesday for those of you who don’t know this feature was created by The Broke and the Bookish and is now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl which we readers are given a question, topic, or theme to come up with our top ten bookish answers. This week’s topic is Books that have been on our TBR the longest that we still haven’t read yet. So let’s get this started!

1. Every Day by David Levithan

Every Day.jpg

This one is supposed to become a movie this year so it needs to get done point blank. I think I may add it to my TBR this month.

2. Zac and Mia by A.J. Betts

A book I bought when I had a craving for an Australia setting. I know it’s a contemporary but I’m still interested in reading it.

3. Maximum Ride by James Patterson

Maximum Ride

I’ve wanted to read this series since I was younger and this is another book that I bought when I bought my first nook. I also want to make sure my plot line is not too close to this.

4. The Namesake by Jhumpa Lahiri

The Namesake

I love the movie so I really have wanted to read it since it came out.

5. Us by David Nicholls

Us

One day is my favorite book and I really want to read more of him

6. Sandry’s Book by Tamora Pierce

sandry's book

I actually started reading this book in I wanna say 8th grade on a school trip and I had lost it on the bus. I bought it for myself on my nook and am hoping to get to it soon.

7. Fated by Alyson Noel

Fated

I loved Alyson Noel when I was younger and I love the research she puts into her books. My heart yearns for the mythology she spins. Honestly don’t know why I haven’t picked it up yet.

8. A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas

A Court of Thorns and Roses

Honestly since this book came out it has had such strong opinions which is why it kind of scared me off of reading it, but I think it’s been long enough after the hype to form my own opinion.

9. The Lady of the Sea by Rosalind Miles

The Lady of the Sea

A series I first started when I got my nook and still had a starvation for Arthurian tales. I need to reread these and reignite my passion

10. Broken by Kelley Armstrong

Broken

I may need to reread Bitten and Stolen before I allow myself to fall back into this world because Kelley tends to use a lot of world building which is awesome but takes some practice to fall into.

Well bookworms that’s all for this post. Are any of these books on your list? How long is the has the oldest book been on your TBR? Did you do a TTT let me know and link them in the comments down below. It will give me something to enjoy after work. Happy Reading!
