Hey bookworms! I saw this tag on What More is Tomorrow’s blog and the tag was created by the booktuber, A Daydreamer’s Ramblings and immediately knew I had to do it! Maybe it’s because it was because I was craving chocolate all week? Which I finally got with some dark chocolate gelato! =D Anywho this seemed too fun to resist, so I hope you enjoy my answers.
1. Dark chocolate: a book that covers a dark topic
For right now I would have to say my belated guilty pleasure… Flowers in the Attic by V.C. Andrews. Now if you don’t know this book deals with themes of incest and child abuse. Now if you can get over these two subjects the way it is written brings you into investing in these characters right away. The journalistic style had me constantly having to remind myself it was fiction. If you can look past the incest you can see the themes that this book brought awareness too which is why I defend liking it. I call it a guilty pleasure because I want to see what the rest of the series entails and what happens to the Dollangangers.
2. White chocolate: your favorite lighthearted/humorous read
Definitely the Percy Jackson and the Olympian Series series by Rick Riordan I just love Percy’s personality and he constantly makes me giggle!
3. Milk chocolate: a book with a lot of hype that you’re dying to read
Outlander by Diana Gabaldon this book and the show have both gotten huge amounts of hype, but it is biiiiiiiiiiig! So I am hoping to get to it as soon as the semester ends. It is definitely not easy to tackle big reads in April when everything is due for my classes!
4. Chocolate with a caramel center: a book that makes you feel all gooey in the middle while you read it
Stardust by Neil Gaiman I listened to this last month as an audiobook, and I think there are certain books that touch more when your older! Because when I was in high school the all the little details confused me deeply and it went over my head, but now at the age of 23 it made me melt!
5. Wafer free kit kat: a book that has surprised you lately
I really haven’t been surprised lately in the last few years (recommendations if you want to fix the problem for me please!), so I will just go with the last one that did:
Tiger’s Destiny by Colleen Houck just what happened to the characters in this I was not ready for…
6.Snickers: a book you are going nuts about
I haven’t read a book lately that I’m fangirling over, so I will put my most anticipated release of this year:
The Heir by Kiera Cass I love that the series is continuing! I will not put more than because I do not want to spoil anyone who wants to start this series.
7. Hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows: a book that you would turn to for a comfort read
Blood and Chocolate by Annette Curtis Klause! I have mentioned this book before and it’s not exactly a sweet read, but it reminds me of a sense of pack and why I connect with wolves. It is also the book I’ve read the most: 16 times!
Now I do want to tag one blogger: The Paige-Turner, but I want to see more people do this because I do love chocolate! Comment down below and let me know if you have read any of these books or have a suggestion for a book to surprise me please. I hope you enjoyed this post bookworms and I will be posting again soon!

I know right! I had dark chocolate gelato as I worked so I didn’t crave chocolate too bad. Stardust is definitely one of my favorite books now =]
